These are samples (many just a few minutes) of the exercises I undertake.
Please note that before you undertake to perform any of the exercises you do so at your own volition and have been deemed to be fit enough and perform them at an appropriate weight or level suited to your ability.
These video's are intended to demonstrate what is possible and may not be the best or perfect way to perform them as I am not a fitness professional. If in doubt seek instruction from someone more qualified than myself.
